Here is the online version of WFCA's Xmas card which I developed using Flash. I had to replicate the printed version and add a level of interactivity to it.
Each Pantone swatch rotates to reaveal a random member of staff when the viewer hovers their cursor over them. The fact there are so many photos was a challenge.
The 3 web banners you see here were built by myself whilst working at WFCA plc in Tunbridge Wells. They were designed by the WFCA creative studio and I was given the job of animating them in flash.
The banners were part of a creative pitch for the medical care company Bupa. I also made 4 others.
Here are two examples of the flash headers I have built for the Thorpe Park website whilst working at Wickedweb Ltd.
The interactive map was initially built by a collegue who got the functionality working, then I animated most of the rides with some help from the rest of the Wickedweb team of developers.
The three flash headers you see here are examples of the headers I created for the Marine Experience website that I built at Wickedweb.
The headers have a lot of animation and a cool water droplet effect, which is created with actionscript. The bubbles are my favourite part of each header, I think they are very effective.
These flash advertising banners were designed and built by myself for a freelance project I completed.
The client needed some banners to advertise their new website and wanted the mouse character somehow involved in the animations. I had the idea of the mouse clicking his fingers.
This is the first fully flash website I built whilst at Wickedweb. I also designed the website.
The biggest challenge on this project was the gallery section. This is fully updatable and it was built with xml and actionscript. I had help building the site, from the senior flash developer and I learned a lot in the process.
Here is a flash animation that I created for the Artistic Gymnastics homepage. It links through to another piece of interactive flash that allows the user to search for all the competitors.
Its fairly simple, yet it gets all the information needed across to the user and I think works effectively as a callout that the user would want to click on.
This is a flash landing page for RSVP Events website. It links through to the four different websites within RSVP.
The images are all loaded from an xml document which is linked to an images folder, so they can be easily updated. I also actually worked on the build of the RSVP London website.
